Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law.
  • Item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached, in original packaging.
  • Item(s) that are stained, wrinkled, torn, washed, or smell (of perfume or cigarette) will not be accepted.
  • Any form of coupons, discount codes, or promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will not be returned or refunded.
  • Product(s) sold at sale prices are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.

Returns

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
  • A handling fee of 10% may apply to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be handled accordingly

Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
  • Kindly attach the purchase receipt when filing a return or exchange request.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exceptions

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
