Retail Orders
Confirmation email
- Once your order is confirmed, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
- The Order Confirmation email is usually sent out within 3 working days from the date of placing the order. Kindly contact us if you did not receive the Order Confirmation email.

Order Cancellation
- Order Cancellation is possible if the order has not been processed
- Kindly contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
Amend Shipping Address
- Modifying of Shipping Address is possible if your order has not been dispatched.
- To modify your Shipping Address, kindly contact us quoting your Order Reference.
Delivery & Shipping
Missed Delivery
- Our team will get in touch with you the reschedule the delivery for any failed delivery.
Shipping Fee Policy
- Shipping fees may vary based on the destination and weight of the package.
- The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before completing your order.
- Free shipping is offered on orders above $100.
- Additional charges may apply for express shipping options.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restricted Delivery Zones
- Deliveries to restricted zones may be limited or unavailable.
- The restricted delivery zone includes:
- Jurong Island
- Tuas Link
- Changi Cargo

- Off-shore Islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin)

- Shipyards

Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law.
- Item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached, in original packaging.
- Item(s) that are stained, wrinkled, torn, washed, or smell (of perfume or cigarette) will not be accepted.
- Any form of coupons, discount codes, or promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will not be returned or refunded.
- Product(s) sold at sale prices are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
Returns
- If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
- A handling fee of 10% may apply to cover handling and processing costs.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be handled accordingly
Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
- Kindly attach the purchase receipt when filing a return or exchange request.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exceptions
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- XINTECK IMPEX PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that does not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
- XINTECK IMPEX PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
Bulk Orders
Qualifying for Bulk Order Discount
Bulk Orders are a special online discount of 10% given to orders of $500 and above.
Order Process
- Order Submission
Provide your order details - Order Confirmation
Once confirmed, you will receive a quotation within 3 working days - Invoice & Payment
After confirming the quotation, an invoice will be sent within 7 working days from Order Submission - Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be delivered within 2 weeks from payment receipt
Delivery Timeline
- Order confirmation: 3 working days from submission.
- Delivery: 2 weeks from Order confirmation.
Exchanges & Refunds
- All Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In the event that the Goods are found to have manufacturing defect, they can be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of Collection subject to the following conditions:
1) The tax invoice is available
2) The Goods are in the new and original condition with price tag and sticker attached.
